He took care of all of the inspection requirements and stayed on-top of all the tasks that needed to be completed. Mark Reale made selling our house easy. He provides a stager to help you prepare your home, and a professional photographer. Both were very knowlegable and easy to work with. He also provides insurance for your appliances should something happen to them once the house is on the market. After the home inspection he was able to help us with contractors to make the required repairs. He was always quick to get back to us whenever we had questions.

I have known Mark for a number of years through the Chamber of Commerce, so when it came time to sell my house, I knew right away who I was going to call. Mark took great care of us and really made it as low-stress as possible by taking so many tasks off of our plate and onto his. This was particularly helpful because I was already out of town during this process, so it was just my wife there. Mark came by the house multiple times just to make sure things were running smoothly and to see if my wife needed any help. The personal touch really made a difference.

I lost my mother two years ago after a long battle with cancer, I had spoken to so many relator who has no interest in what I was going through however Mark took the time to sit with me listen to me and really hear me out. Mark is very good at marketing strategy, specifically in getting a lot of traffic through the house and pricing to get top dollar. Other agents will talk you into low-balling the price so that they get a quick sale. But, Mark is more concerned with a quick sale AND a full, fair price for your house.
